jamee t. perkins began her career as a professional feamle voice talent as a toddler. she would recite commercials, skits and songs for anyone who wanted to listen.

Training

Jamee always wanted to be a triple-threat (acting, singing, dancing) on broadway when she grew up. now she's a triple threat with a microphone (voice, edit, produce.)

She honed her skills and perfected her voice on WASU at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC doing on-air interviews, hosting an afternoon show, and keeping the students of ASU entertained and informed as to what was coming next.

After school, she worked in various industries, finally getting back to her first love, radio, about a few years ago. Since then, she has never once thought about giving up on her dreams.

Additional Skills

Many, many late nights spent in rehearsal for plays. Also, worked out her voice in numerous choirs and singing groups throughout her youth.

She's a bit of a computer geek Jamee is nothing short of brilliant when it comes to working those keystrokes. She is fluent in Cool Edit/Adobe Audition and can hook up a home stereo system faster than your dad!
